We know that this situation also raises uncertainty among our customers, therefore we want to be in touch with you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During time like this when daily news is dominated by COVID-19 and current status in your county or worldwide in general, we wanted to let you know that we are carefully implementing enhanced protocols to ensure your safety, meet your rent a car needs while doing our part to keep you, our employees and our community safe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are following guidance of the Croatian Institute of Public Health and National Crisis Management Committee regarding the spread of the virus and their advisory how to act and react in our private and professional life . We know that this situation also raises uncertainty among our customers. Therefore, we want you to know that:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Here\u2019s what we have implemented<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We thoroughly clean<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>our branches to minimize virus transmission.<\/li><li>We ensure that our employees follow the&nbsp;recommendations of<strong> <\/strong>the WHO and Croatian Institute of Public Health, such as washing their hands intensively on a regular basis.<\/li><li>All vehicles in <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/NOVARENTACAR.HR\">NOVA rent a car<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/NOVARENTACAR.HR\"> <\/a>fleet are cleaned efficiently&nbsp;in a multi-step process to minimize the potential risk of transmission. We have developed the techniques to clean our vehicles before and after each rental.&nbsp; In particular, we are paying special attention to interior &#8211; customer touch points such as door handles, steering wheels, handbrake, seats and or other hard surfaces.<\/li><li>In addition, we are taking serious steps to ensure the welfare of our employees.&nbsp;Advising our employees to work in teams for specified shifts and for certain departments suggested work from home. This also includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their doctor.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Change or cancel reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any existing reservation, we look forward seeing you in our beautiful country and want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to promote secure and safe rental experience. Since we are working on fair usage service, without any charges in advance, if you need to amend or reschedule your reservation, you can do so without any fees.&nbsp;If  current situation affected you so you have decided to cancel your rental car and vacation, please contact us and we will cancel your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Staying in touch<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this challenging time, specially lock down, many people still need to travel, for now there is only one airport (Zagreb) operating with limited flight schedule, and you need to be there.
